Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct. Aqua Aerosoles is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Important: If the order returns due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Note: Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
Record a parcel opening video before unboxing.
Do not accept or open the product without recording proof.

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
