What is the minimum order quantity?
25 pieces. Below that we would rather point you at our retail range than quote you badly, since the setup cost of printing your artwork does not shrink with the order.
How do I place an order?
Send an enquiry, by form, phone or email. We quote, you approve a proof of your artwork, and only then does anything go to production. Nothing is charged online and nothing is printed before you have signed off the proof.
How much can I customise?
Four things are yours: the bottle, the fragrance, the label and the packaging. Your brand name and message print on the box, and on a Duo Presentation Box each bottle also carries a printed name you choose.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on quantity and packaging, and the clock starts when you approve the proof rather than when you enquire. We confirm a firm date in writing with your quote — if you have a fixed event date, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Pricing is tiered by quantity, so the per-unit cost falls as the order grows. Every order is quoted individually rather than from a fixed list, because packaging and customisation move the number as much as volume does.
Can you ship to more than one address?
Yes. Split deliveries across offices, or drop-ship to individual recipients for a remote team. Tell us the split at the quote stage so it is priced in rather than added later.
Can we see a sample before committing?
Yes. We can send a sample of the bottle and box so you can judge the weight and finish in person. Ask when you enquire, and we will tell you what that costs and how long it takes.
Who makes the fragrances?
We do. Aqua Aerosoles manufactures under our own brand and white-labels for other companies, so there is no middleman between you and the people filling the bottles.
