Important: Fabric & Apparel Perfumes
All Aqua Aerosoles products are fabric/apparel perfumes designed for use on clothing and textiles only, not on skin. Claims related to skin irritation or allergic reactions from skin application are not eligible for refund.
Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Refunds are only available if you receive a damaged, broken, or defective item with valid unboxing video proof. No exchanges or replacements are offered.

How to Claim a Refund
Report the Damage
Within 48 hours of delivery, email us at support@acquaaerosoles.in with your order number and a clear unboxing video of the damaged product and packaging.
Verification
Our team will review the video and verify the damage within 24-48 hours. We may request additional video evidence if needed.
Refund Processed
Once verified, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that exchanges or replacements are not available.
